Below is a copy of our FREE “Bumper to Bumper” Extended Service Contract that accompanies every vehicle financed with Legacy Motors.

Extended Service Agreement

This Agreement is between:

Duration: Twenty-Four (24) Months, the length of the installment loan contract or the sale and/or transfer of the purchasers installment loan contract to another lender, which ever occurs first.

Systems Covered: Bumper to Bumper

Limitations: Dealer agrees to pay 50% of any and all repairs due to mechanical failure. (Including: Parts, Labor, Towing) Dealer will reimburse Purchaser for 50% of rental car up to $20.00 per day. Dealer does not provide Purchasers with loaner cars, NO EXCEPTIONS.

Exclusions: Regular wear & tear items including but not limited to: Tires, Batteries, Belts, Hoses, Brakes, Wiper Blades, Etc.

Maintenance: While this agreement is in effect, Dealer will pay for all oil & filter changes, up to $30.00. All other regular maintenance (Tune-ups, Wheel alignment, Tire rotation, Tire balancing, etc.) are the responsibility of the Purchaser.

Non-Transferable: This contract is valid and only applies to the Purchaser(s) listed above.

Conditions:
1) All repairs must be performed by a repair technician at the dealership, NO EXCEPTIONS.
2) Purchaser must change oil every 3 months or 5,000 miles or this warranty becomes VOID. It will be the responsibility of the purchaser to provide proof of all oil changes upon demand by the dealer.
3) Altering the vehicle’s radio without express permission from the Dealer will VOID this agreement.
4) FAILING TO MAKE ANY LOAN INSTALLMENT PAYMENT, ON OR BEFORE THE SCHEDULED DUE DATE, WILL AUTOMATICALLY CANCEL THIS AGREEMENT.
